Our process

We strive to make things as simple and as easy as possible. Here’s an example of the process for a typical project.

  • Step 1. We’ll get on a call with you to discuss your project. If you prefer, you can just send us the details by email.  We’ll then provide an estimate for your approval. 
  • Step 2. We’ll conduct background research, including a literature review, needs assessment, and we’ll interview SMEs/KOLs as needed. 
  • Step 3. We’ll create a storyboard and/or prototype and send for your approval.
  • Step 4. We’ll create an initial fully functional version of the program and send for your approval.
  • Step 5. We’ll create the final version after we’ve made any changes needed.
